All recommendations provided through Agile Styling’s services—including but not limited to color palettes, digital guides, and styling suggestions—are based on professional expertise and the information provided by the client. Results may vary depending on individual characteristics, lighting conditions, and other subjective factors.
Agile Styling makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, personal preferences, or satisfaction with the suggested colors or style recommendations. The services offered are intended as guidance and do not constitute medical, dermatological, or psychological advice.
Clients are encouraged to use their own discretion when applying the information provided. Agile Styling is not responsible for any perceived undesired outcomes or personal reactions to color recommendations or digital content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.
11. Photo Submission Deadline for Online Analysis
For online color analysis services and consultations with Julia Dobkine, clients must submit the required photos and book the session within 12 months (1 year) of purchase.
Failure to submit the necessary materials within this timeframe will result in the expiration of the service without refund.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the submission is completed in a timely manner.
12. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to illness, accident, travel disruptions, government restrictions, or natural disasters — Agile Styling reserves the right to reschedule any masterclass (online or in-person, whether booked as an individual, couple, or group session).
If Julia becomes ill or is otherwise unable to conduct the session due to a force majeure event, we will not be held liable for any inconvenience, missed sessions, or associated costs incurred by the participant(s). In such cases, we will work with you to arrange a new date for the session at no additional cost.
By booking a masterclass, you agree that you will not pursue legal action, financial compensation, or any other claims related to cancellations or delays caused by such unforeseen events.
12. Email Response Times
We strive to respond to all customer inquiries sent via email within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours during regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Please note that inquiries received on weekends or public holidays may experience longer response times. While we make every reasonable effort to address all communications promptly, response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the inquiry, and no guarantee is made that a response will be provided within a specific timeframe.
