Please read and follow the instructions before taking your photos to ensure accurate results.
Preparing for your photos:
Camera Settings:
Turn off any presets, skin smoothers, and/or filters on your camera
Set your camera to standard mode (not portrait mode)
Lighting & Location:
Take pictures indoors, during daylight hours (around noon is best)
Turn off all lights in the room
Windows must not have warm or cool films/stickers
Take pictures in three different rooms/locations.
Appearance:
Take photos when your skin is relaxed and natural. Do not take photos immediately after exposure to heat/cold, after taking a shower, or any skin treatments
Do not wear glasses, coloured contacts, or makeup (including lip gloss)
Do not take photos if you have a spray tan
Tie all your hair back so it is off your face
You need to submit only one photo with your hair down
Wear a white or strapless top
Taking your photos:
Stand facing a window and take two steps back. Make sure there is no direct sunlight or shadows on your face
Look straight into the camera (side views are not needed)
DO NOT smile
Photo should only include your head, neck, and the top part of your shoulders
Take 2-3 photos in each location/room
DO NOT edit your photos or add any beauty filters
Before submitting your photos, please make sure they are:
100% accurate to your actual appearance
Taken in natural lighting: photo must not be overly bright or too dark
High quality: photos must be sharp and clear, without any blur or pixelation (I should be able to clearly see your eye colour when zoomed in).
If you dye your hair, please send a few historical photos showing your natural hair color.
Send 5 photos in free format (with makeup on and wearing different clothes).
You may send up to a maximum of 10 photos.
Use your judgment before sending the photos for your analysis. Failure to provide the correct photos will affect your result.
Redoing your analysis based on a new set of pictures will be an additional charge.
Your results will be ready within 4-5 weeks of receiving the photos.
